This wasn't something they normally do but wanted to do it anyway. I supplied the part for them, and they did the hard part of replacing them. Then all I had to do was calibrate them when I got home. Gulikit tmr thumbsticks, got them on amazon prime for £16/controller, and £50 labour, knocked off a fiver for each controller for my first repair and recommendation. Thank you again!

I brought in my Sony LinkBuds Fit because the right earbud sometimes sounded like it was underwater. They checked and fixed them over the weekend, from Friday to Monday, and now the sound is clear again. What impressed me most was that they fixed the issue for free, which was very kind and honest of them. Friendly, helpful, and professional service.
